Interfaith Spiritual Director
I have always felt a deep calling to the work of personal and spiritual growth. My own journey has been rich and varied, and has led me to the study of teachings from the Christian and Buddhist traditions; a meditation practice; yoga; dream work; and study of the Enneagram. All of this has been enriched by deeply transformative work with the 12 Steps.
As an Interfaith Spiritual Director, I am able to integrate my learning and experience from all of these various disciplines, as I companion others who are seeking to center in their own spirituality.
If spiritual direction is calling to you, I would love to be your companion on the journey. I enjoy working with people from all faith traditions or no religion at all. I believe that all of the major spiritual traditions carry the light of higher truth and contain beautiful sacred teachings that guide us toward awakening. I enjoy companioning those who are in a place of exploration or discernment about the spiritual dimensions of their life, wherever that may lead.
My intention is to offer a space of deep listening and presence so that together we may explore how the divine is moving through the events of your life, inviting opportunities for healing and growth and deeper connection with self, with others, and with the divine.
