Interfaith Spiritual Director
I feel blessed to live in the San Francisco Bay Area, surrounded by immense beauty everywhere--redwood forests, mountains, lakes, beautiful beaches, are all a short drive from my home. My soul is nourished and renewed by a walk among the trees or a stroll along the beaches of the Point Reyes National Seashore.
I have always felt a deep calling to the work of personal and spiritual growth. My own journey has been rich and varied, and has led me to the study of teachings from the Christian and Buddhist traditions; a meditation practice; yoga; dream work; and study of the Enneagram. All of this has been enriched by deeply transformative work with the 12 Steps.
What a joy it has been for me to discover my true calling as an Interfaith Spiritual Director, where I am able to integrate my learning and experience from all of these various disciplines, as I companion others who are seeking to center in their own spirituality.
I enjoy working with people from all faith traditions or no religion at all. I believe that all of the major spiritual traditions carry the light of higher truth and contain beautiful sacred teachings that guide us toward awakening. And I enjoy companioning those who are in a place of exploration or discernment about the spiritual dimensions of their life, wherever that may lead.
